I generally do a combination of connecting with mind body spiritual counseling to see what is present for you on that day and then continue with energy work and Reiki.
I am happy to provide a free 20 min consultation so you can learn about my practice. I also offer a siliding scale fee from $25- $110/hr so that healing and movement toward health can be accessible for all.
